Garter stitch is knit in 3 directions in this fun cowl - all without cutting your yarn! Designed for Noro Akari with its long color runs and great yardage, the simple garter stitch shows off variegated yarns beautifully while the changes in direction keep things interesting. This pattern can be easily adapted for different weights of yarn. Shown in worsted weight at a gauge of 18 stitches in 4 inches of garter stitch. You will need approximately 400 yards of yarn.
