Feeling Free

One of my favourite stones is brown Zebra Jasper! It has the softest browns and pinks thru-out and excellent for continued grounding to the earth thru the Root Chakra. Keeping an eye on this chakra is all so important for your survival. It is blocked by fear. Your Adrenal Gland can get tired of supplying too much cortisol being in a constant state of flight, think technology, or the person that pissed you off by pulling a stupid move on the highway! Grounding yourself keeps the Root Chakra in feelings of safety and stability.

I paired this up with African Turquoise just in case you require doing some communication, self-love and emotional healing. The blue/greens are so calming and help that ever silenced Throat Chakra to speak up! Now if that isn't enough I wanted to add Amethyst for the Crown Chakra. Maybe you are in need of some inner wisdom and this stone does that.
