This is the second class in my Gentle Pilates for Beginners series.
If you enjoyed Class 1 and would like a little more challenge without feeling overwhelmed, this class is for you.
We'll build on the foundations from the first session with a few simple progressions while still moving at a comfortable pace. Expect a full-body workout designed to help you improve strength, mobility, balance and body awareness.
This class is suitable for:

- People returning to exercise
- Anyone looking for a gentle, low-impact workout
You don't need any equipment, just a mat and a little space to move.
