Community Based Instruction Trip Planner AI Prompt: CBI Outing Plan, Ages 14 to 21

You know the outing you want to run. What eats the planning time is turning it into a trip plan that covers objectives, safety, staffing, data, and a family note. I built this prompt for my own CBI days. You name the site type, the group, the skills to practice, the logistics you already know, and your safety limits. The AI tool your district allows gives back a full first draft outing plan: trip snapshot, safety plan, staffing ratio check, run of show, data sheet outline, and a short family note.
