Four beautifully crafted hi-res A4, full colour pages of yoga poses made just for you. This class is an easy to follow layout, with images of the pose included to make up a wonderful hip opening and heart expanding yoga sequence. Each pose comes with a full coloured image to show what the pose should look like, and below the image are both the full names of the poses in English and Sanskrit as well. Parts of the body that a particular pose strengthens and stretches are also captured beneath the image so that your can focus on these muscle groups, or joints. Finally, there is a note of caution which lists out part of the body or common health conditions for anyone who does have a recent injury or known health condition to either practice this pose with modification, caution or to avoid all together. Please be respectful of your temple, your body and know your own limits.

Ideal for when you’re busy with life and you are not able to make your regular yoga classes, just print out our workout and you are ready to go. The aim of the class is to set your mind at easy, to shed stress and to build strength and flexibility in your body and mind.

 

This is the second issue of a set of twelve. One yoga sequence will be published each month with a core monthly focus for each month. The core focus in the second issue is: Making & Manifesting; like in yoga, dream can really come true if you believe in them enough but to get there you need a formula, a method, a way to make and manifest your dreams into reality.

 

To start with you got to have desire to see your dream take shape in this world. You need a direction, so if your want to learn more about yoga, you need a teacher, a guru, to lead you on a tried and tested path to success or to a goal or a dream. Next you need to muster up discipline in your life so that you set your dream as your first priority in your life. With 100% focus you can shape your world in wonderful ways. Lastly, you need to have the space and time to make your dreams come true. That means you'll need to cultivate a distraction free way of living. Root out time-wasting activities and rid them from your life.

 

Make these four jewels part of your own personal daily mantra for the next month while you practice this exhilarating yoga class at home and watch your efforts begin to pay off.

 

The duration of this class is one hour. It is suitable for beginners to advanced student. As with all well-rounded yoga class, expect to limber up, and to stretch, balance on one leg, twist your torso, invert and flex your whole body, work in arm balances and most importantly expect to breathe! Class ends with a restful asana called corpse pose to draw into your body all the magical benefits gained in class.

At the end of practice you can look forward to feeling blissful and on top of the world, and to glow with pranic energy, from the inside out.
