Breakfast Feud (alt. take) - Charlie Christian

Here's a complete transcription (melody, comping and solo) of the alternate take (track 3) of "Breakfast Feud" found on the third disc of "The Genius Of The Electric Guitar" box set by Charlie Christian. This was the fourth take of the session (mx CO.29512-2) recorded at Columbia Studios and originally released in 1941.

This is an uplifting Bb major Blues with a several-voice melody arrangement and a dramatic riff before Charlie and Cootie's solos. You can also hear Charlie comping during Benny's solo.
