Row Row Row a Tote

The Row by Row Experience inspired me to design a tote bag using an orphan row that did not make it into a quilt.  For this design, I used the 2017 9th row design for this bright tote.  The bag is very easy to make and you will never have to buy another tote bag pattern.  This one can be adapted to any size row or feature fabric that you might have.
