Whether you’re two weeks or several months postpartum, this programme will guide you through the essential core, pelvic floor, and posture support, helping you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more at home in your body again.
With short, effective sessions designed for tired, time-strapped mums, you’ll have a structured plan that works with your recovery, not against it. No pressure, no rush, just expert-led support at your own pace.
Did you know that 100% of pregnancies carried beyond 35 weeks result in some degree of Diastasis Recti (a natural and necessary separation of the abdominal muscles to accommodate your baby's growth)? This is completely normal, but how we reconnect and support the healing process in the early postpartum period can make a significant difference.
Through breathwork and gentle activation exercises, this programme helps rebuild a foundation of deep core support without strain or pressure. These early movements encourage circulation, tissue healing, and neuromuscular connection, making a real impact on how your core recovers. And don’t worry if you’re starting later, your body is always capable of healing with the right approach.

After having my two children, I remember the overwhelm of those early postpartum weeks—feeling disconnected from my body, unsure where to start, and frustrated by how weak and unfamiliar everything felt.
My core didn’t feel like mine, my pelvic floor wasn’t working the way I expected, and I just wanted someone to tell me what was normal, what was possible, and how to start feeling like myself again, but real, practical guidance was hard to find.
Then, after facing cervical cancer, multiple abdominal and gynecological surgeries, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and incontinence, I saw firsthand just how many women are left without the information and support they deserve when it comes to healing and rebuilding strength.
That’s why I’ve spent over 15 years as a specialist personal trainer dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies, regain strength safely, and feel confident in movement again—no matter what stage of motherhood or recovery they’re in.
This programme isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about moving forward, with knowledge, care, and the reassurance that you’re doing the right things for your body.
