I couldn’t resist the pun! Royal Tee is the perfect layering piece with just enough room to comfortably fit a blouse or camisole underneath. The linen yarn is perfect for transitional weather as well as travel as it packs up small. The more you wear it, the softer it becomes!
The tech edited and test knit pattern is fully written with schematics for finished blocked busts 32”/ 81.5cm (34.25”/ 87cm, 35.75”/ 90.5cm, 37.75”/ 96cm, 40”/ 101.5cm, 42.25”/ 107cm, 43.75”/ 111cm, 45.75”/ 116.5cm).
Seamless construction: knit in the round from the bottom up. The body is split at the underarm bind offs, from whence the front and back are worked flat separately with optional stripes. Then the shoulders are joined with three needle bind off. Set-in top down sleeves are also worked seamlessly with optional stripes. Faux side seams with cables run from the rolled hem to the underarm bind offs and continue back down the sleeves to the rolled cuff mirroring the body.

Gauge:
22 sts and 36 rows over 4”/ 10cm in Stockinette stitch. If substituting yarn, make sure your blocked stitch gauge matches. Follow the “If substituting yarn” sections throughout the pattern.
Special Notes:
~ Due to the jog between rounds with in the round knitting, the cables are broken over two rounds to visually appear level.
~ The design looks gorgeous knit as a solid tee too! If knitting with stripes check for the “Optional Color Work” boxes. If knitting without color work, ignore those boxes.
