Question: "As I practice Self-Enquiry I am using the cue "Who is looking?" and there seems to be many layers to this and then I hit a wall, I go to the witness then back to the body. What is this wall that puts me back?"

TD: "Self-Enquiry is more like a love affair, falling back into yourself. It's allowing God's arms to caress you. Instead of standing on your own two feet we fall back into God's arms and he supports us as we fall so we are not falling, we are being carried. As we do this we feel bliss, happiness, love, connection. This is our Self. While we consider ourself to be an individual, we should know this is our own Self."
