WHY I CREATED THIS ROOM

Hello, I'm Regina.

I am a Reverend, author, mother, grandmother, community leader, Premier Cultural Rest Architect, and founder of BHEIRS™.

Those aren't separate versions of me.

The woman who leads, serves, ministers, loves her family, carries responsibility, trusts God, laughs, enjoys her tea, and sometimes simply wants somewhere to be, she is one woman.

For more than two decades, I have created and hosted intentional experiences for women who carry significant responsibility. Along the way, I have paid close attention to what becomes possible when highly capable women have room to consider themselves within the way they lead.

I know what it is to lead and serve across more than one room.

And I know how easily:

I CAN do it.

can become the answer before we've considered:

BUT, should I do it?

I believe that is a question worthy of our leadership.

Not because we don't know how to decide.

But because clarity matters. Capacity matters. Discernment matters. And how we steward what God has entrusted to us—including ourselves, matters.

I don't believe excellent leadership requires a woman to quietly disappear inside everything she is capable of doing.

I believe we can lead well and live full.

That's why I created this room.
