I wrote this Ebook to help inspire you to nourish your body, mind and soul, choose a more compassionate lifestyle and create delicious, plant based food for all to enjoy!

Nourishing, simple and of course, delicious, (all are oil, gluten, refined-sugar and cruelty free) to show you just how easy, tasty and rewarding it is to be vegan!
I've also written over 20 pages of well-researched information about veganism and nutrition, including the answers to many 'Frequently Asked Questions' and 'myths', my top 10 tips on going vegan, a shopping list, and simple meal ideas, as well as my vegan story and recovery from an eating disorder. All with handy links and references!
