What do you need for the training?
To listen to the filtered music, you need a simple headphone and a device (mobile phone, laptop, etc.) that can play music.
However, it is very important that you follow the rules of the training for the sake of development.
There are two rules that must be paid attention to during the period of therapy. The first and most important rule: for 10 days the participants should not listen to any other sound coming from a speaker, only the filtered music can be listened that we prepared for them. The second: the participant should not get dizzy during the 10 days.

After completing the purchase, you will receive access to this course where you can find a detailed description of the training and within 24-48 hours you will receive access to the individually filtered music that we create especially for the participant.
Structure of the training
After purchase, you get access to the Intelisten course. Here you will find information on how to prepare for the therapy period, we describe the therapy rules in detail, how to technically listen to music, and how to access the music.
And during the training, we give useful ideas every day, which can make listening to music easier and more effective. We provide information about what is happening with the participants and what other, related areas and therapies can reduce the symptoms of hypersensitive hearing even further. In this way, the quality of life of the participants can improve even more.
