The A's is the first segment of the Mind Garden ABC's. In this workbook I outline the importance of Action, Acceptence, Accountibility and Alignment and give you prompts for self-discovery and developement in these areas. We all start somewhere and though these things may be simple, they are not easy. When I was beginning on my self-discovery/healing journey I would have done anything for a road map, a checklist, just someway to know I was going in the right direction. So I've put together this workbook for anyone who felt like I did, just needing a little guidance. A little framework in this messy business we call healing.  You're worth the work my love.
