Lead with Confidence
A practical development programme for aspiring, first-time and newly promoted managers
A practical development programme for aspiring, first-time and newly promoted managers
Stepping into management can feel like a huge shift.
It means taking responsibility not only for your own work, but for setting expectations, giving feedback, managing performance and supporting other people to succeed.
Lead with Confidence is a practical development programme for aspiring, first-time and newly promoted managers who want to build the skills, confidence and judgement needed to lead effectively.
Across 14 live sessions, you will work on real management challenges, apply what you learn to your own role and your team and be expected to follow through on the actions you set for yourself.
I will support you, challenge you and help keep you accountable as you put the learning into practice.
The objective is to help you get the tools to become a clearer, more confident and more capable manager, not just during the programme, but in the way you lead afterwards.
This programme is not about attending a session, taking a few notes and hoping something changes.
You will be encouraged to bring real situations from your role, reflect on what is working, try new approaches and follow through on the actions you set for yourself.
I will support you, challenge you when needed and help keep you accountable so the learning turns into something practical.

Because management development is not just about learning information, it's about changing habits, trying new approaches and building confidence through practice and experience.
A short course can give you useful ideas, but those ideas are easier to forget if there is no opportunity to apply, reflect and adjust afterwards.
Lead with Confidence is spread across 14 live 2.5-hour sessions so you have time to put the learning into practice between sessions, reflect on what happened and come back ready to build on it, on top of keeping accountable for what you commit to in every session.
The programme is designed around application, not just content.
You will work with real situations from your role, set actions between sessions and be encouraged to follow through on them.
I will also challenge and support you throughout the programme, helping you stay accountable as your management habits develop.
No. The programme is suitable for aspiring managers as well as first-time and newly promoted managers.
If you are preparing to step into management, the programme can help you build a stronger foundation before taking on the role.
Life happens, so if you know you cannot attend a session, please let me know as early as possible. We can discuss the most appropriate way for you to catch up on the material and activities so you can continue with the programme.
Also, I will share a recording of each session a few days after, so you can catch up.
Yes. Organisations can fund places for individual employees.
However, if an organisation wants to develop a larger group of managers, a dedicated corporate programme may be more appropriate because it can be tailored to the organisation and delivered privately, and it will also contain other elements that this programme doesn't have.
Yes. You can spread the standard programme fee across instalments.
Payment plans are also available for the Founding Cohort.
The total fee depends on the pricing option you select at checkout.
Because this is a live cohort programme with limited places, payments are non-refundable once your place has been confirmed.
If exceptional circumstances mean you are unable to participate, please contact me as soon as possible and I will discuss the available options with you.
Lead with Confidence is a professional development programme rather than a formal qualification.
You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the programme to recognise your participation and completion of the full course.
