About Me

Hi, I’m Pilar, founder of Clarity Coaching.

I support first-time and aspiring managers along with team leaders who are finding their feet in leadership and want to feel more confident, clear and capable in the role.

I know how easy it is for new managers to feel like they should already have all the answers. In reality, managing people brings a whole new set of challenges: difficult conversations, setting expectations, giving feedback, managing relationships, handling pressure and learning how to lead former peers.

My background is in hospitality, manufacturing and office-based roles, including management and operational responsibilities, and that practical experience has shaped the way I coach and create resources today.

I’m not interested in overcomplicating management. My aim is to give people practical tools, useful questions and clear guidance they can actually use in real situations.

Alongside these resources, I work with individuals and organisations through coaching, leadership development programmes and workshops.

I hope these tools make your role feel a little clearer, a little more manageable and a lot less lonely.

People grow, workplaces thrive.
