You will receive a short “What Happens Next” guide and I will contact you by email.

Before we schedule the first call, you will complete a short Expression of Interest so I can understand your organisation, what you want to explore and who may be involved.

That depends on what you want to understand. The process usually includes managers, team members and senior leaders so we can compare perspectives and identify patterns, gaps and areas of alignment.

However, we will confirm the right groups during the initial scoping conversation.

You will receive a clear report summarising the key findings, strengths, gaps and areas that may need attention.

I will then present the results to you and discuss practical next steps.

No. The aim is to understand what is happening and recommend the most useful next step.

If I can support you effectively, I will explain what that could look like. If another specialist or provider would be better placed to help, I will signpost you instead.

Yes. The Health Check is designed to identify themes and patterns across managers, teams and senior leaders, not to single out individual employees.

Responses are treated confidentially and findings are presented in a way that protects individual identities wherever possible.

If a group is very small, I may recommend adjusting how results are reported so people cannot be easily identified.

No survey can guarantee that every response is completely accurate or fully candid.

People may interpret questions differently, hold back, or answer in a way they think is expected.

The Health Check reduces that risk by looking for patterns across multiple responses and comparing perspectives between different groups.

The report is therefore based on the overall picture rather than treating any single answer as absolute fact.
