You can think about it like this: programme is about group training and discussions and the coaching is about one-to-one conversations and self-reflection.

Coaching sessions are booked separately from the live programme sessions.

No. The coaching package remains valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, so you can use the sessions at a pace that works for you and for the professional topic you need to discuss as long they are for you.
Sessions are not transferrable to other people

If you know you cannot attend, please let me know as early as possible. We can discuss the most appropriate way for you to catch up on the content and activities so you can continue with the programme.
Also, after every session I will share the recording, so you can catch up in your own time.

Because this is a live cohort programme with limited places and includes reserved coaching capacity, purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.

Yes. Both the standard Plus package and the Founding Cohort Plus package can be paid through an instalment plan. The total price depends on the option you choose at checkout.

Yes. Employers can fund a place for an individual manager. If an organisation wants to develop several managers, a dedicated corporate programme may be a better fit and can be discussed separately.

The Founding Cohort is the first intake of the programme and is offered at a special introductory price. It gives early participants the chance to join the full programme at a lower rate while helping shape future cohorts through their feedback and experience.
The standard programme includes the same core structure, learning journey and support, but at the regular full price once the founding offer has ended.
