This is a 6 day a week push-pull program with legs. I think this will help you tremendously as you either start your journey or are an advanced athlete looking to shake it up a bit!!! I have written and tested this program for 10 weeks and have seen great results! So here we go... I am baptizing you into the Sets, the reps and the pain of the iron! Jump ALL in and whether you are a newbie or a jacked up so & so you will be challenged and tested, but best of all...you WILL grow! I even tell you how much protien, carbs and fats I want you on per day! As always, there is a workout journal and food journal included in each program! Make sure to print off at least 25 copies of each, three hole punch them and then put in your best 3 ring binder! Take it to the gym and map your progress! This is a 10 week workout!
