Plan Overview
This is a 4-week program designed to directly target your lower body, specifically your glutes. To see enhanced results in your lower body, the program is set up with 3 days a week and progressively gets harder as the weeks go by. Any skill level in the gym can complete the program and there is a section in the guide that breaks down how to choose the proper weight for your strength and skill level!
The guide set as a downloadable PDF guide that has photos of each exercise. There is also a section that provides a link to a private video library that corresponds to your training program with short demonstrations done by me!
