FREE TRACK: Deep Within - Meeting The Shadow With Light

There are moments when we are invited to stop, and go inward.

To meet with our shadows, our wounds, our old patterns.....

• Not to fix.
• Not to force.
• But to gently meet what is rising, and acknowledge it.

Recently, I felt old my old familiar themes around self-confidence and fear of judgement surface again.

And it's not because growth around this hasn’t happened - I have put in the work, believe me! But it came up because a deeper level of integration was ready. We have to work our way through the layers upon layers - of beliefs, thought processes, triggers, conditioning - from our formative years and even past lifetimes and ancestral patterns.

When we are ready, the next layer reveals itself.

This light language transmission was channelled as a space for shadow integration - a safe, grounded container where what is ready to soften and release can do so with compassion. It also brings courage to the listener and supports our willingness to go deep within, to embrace the shadows, bring them into the light and transmute them.

The steady 432Hz background hum provides a calm, supportive foundation, allowing the body and nervous system to feel held as the light codes move through.
