Hello, I’m Kate Beckinsale - the heart and voice behind Anara Angelic Healing.
Anara is the higher aspect of me, a soul name that carries the frequency of light, compassion, and divine remembrance.
Through this energy, I embody my purpose here on Earth: to bring healing, clarity, and activation, guiding others back to the truth of who they are.

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, Soul Activator, accredited Going Beyond the Veil facilitator, and intuitive oracle reader. My work blends Reiki, light language, and intuitive guidance to help you release old patterns, clear ancestral energy, and reconnect with your divine essence.

You will encounter the same kind of people or situations in your life, until that karmic lesson is learned and the cycle broken. Forgiveness is one of the most powerful tools to achieve this. Forgiving yourself, forgiving those that hurt or wronged you is incredibly powerful! They don't have to be sorry, nor does forgiveness mean you have to allow them to keep treating you that way. You hold the power, because when you continue to feel hurt, anger, fear, frustration or resentment towards, them, they feed 'feed' off that energetically, even though they are not aware. When you not only forgive, but ask them for forgiveness with the Ho'oponopono mantra (or prayer) you stop feeding them that negative energy, and the karmic connection between you is dissolved. The cycle is ended.
