Hotel Gym & Fitness Centre Operations Checklist: Hotel Gym Checklist and Forms Pack
Full description
For hotel fitness centre attendants, spa and rooms managers, and duty managers who look after a guest gym. The pack sets a daily routine and keeps a written record: what to check at opening and closing, an hourly cleaning round, equipment inspections by frequency, how to report faults, what to say in a guest induction, how to record an incident, how many towels and amenities to hold, and a scored weekly audit. You fill in your own hours, limits and contacts in the bracketed fields and print the sheets.
Save with a bundle: this template is also in the Hotel Rooms, Guest Experience & Spa Bundle, 16 templates for $39 instead of $112. All 141 templates are in the All-Access Hospitality Template Library for $79.

FAQ
Can I edit the checklists?
Yes. The Word file is fully editable. Add, delete or reword any line.
Does it cover a gym that is open 24 hours with no staff?
Yes. The standards table, rules sign and leaflet have fields for staffed hours and for who answers the call button outside them.
Is the self-declaration card a medical screening form?
No. It is a short guest card that tells guests to see a doctor if they answer Yes. Have the wording checked locally before use.
What software do I need?
Word or another program that opens .docx files. The PDF opens in any PDF reader.
Is this a physical product?
No. It is a digital download. Refund terms follow the store policy at the time of purchase.
