Reiki Level 1 - Learn to give sessions to yourself & others

Welcome to the world of Reiki,

This Reiki Level 1 Course teaches you how to provide energetic support to yourself, your children, and your family and friends. Learning Reiki is much easier than many believe. Reiki is one of the simplest therapies that we can learn and immediately put to use.

The use of our hands and touch is an instinctual way of providing feelings of ‘wellness’. By learning Reiki, we become more aware of what our hands are capable of and of how we can direct this energy to support our wellbeing and that of others.

You will be able to:

• Give yourself, children, family and friends Reiki Sessions

• Naturally provide energetic support towards health and wellbeing

Massage or body therapists:

• You will be able to add Reiki Sessions as an option for your clients

Learning Reiki Level 1

• Learn Reiki in the comfort of your home, at your own pace
• As soon as you have completed the home study portion of your course, contact me to have a live video session. We will go over what you have theoretically learned and we will practice together - in real time
• Upon completion of these two portions of your Reiki Course, you are then ready to receive your certificate in the mail
