Grief Gets To Be Messy
Grief Gets to Be Messy
A raw + tender workbook for the days when “healing” feels like a ridiculous thing to ask of you.
Grief isn’t always beautiful. Sometimes it’s anger. Guilt. Numbness. Relief. Loneliness. Saying “I’m fine” because you don’t have the energy to explain what’s actually happening inside you.
This workbook was created for that kind of grief.
Inside, you’ll find honest reflection prompts, grounding tools, permission to feel the things people don’t always talk about, and space to navigate the messy reality of losing someone you love.
We talk about the bullshit people say. Anger. Guilt and the endless “what ifs.” The way grief lives in your body. Losing pieces of your own identity. Relationships that change after loss. Missing them on completely ordinary Tuesdays. And figuring out how to keep living without pretending you’ve “moved on.”
A little warning:
This workbook has intentionally not been tamed down. There is occasional profanity, uncomfortable honesty, and real conversation about grief. If you’re looking for perfectly polished positivity and silver linings, this probably isn’t it.
If you’re looking for somewhere you can finally exhale and think, “Thank God. Someone gets it.” — you’re in the right place.
