I have taken the time to put together this beginner guide for those who are trying to eat better because I know how hard it can be to accomplish that goal. I also know how frustrating it can be googling where to start when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. My clean eating guide is meant to put you in the right direction towards your weight loss goals.

I changed my eating habits when I started my senior year of online high school classes.  I did online school my sophomore/senior year and it was easy to eat every hour of the day out of boredom. My sophomore year is when I started to gain more weight and I was not happy with myself. I knew that it was unhealthy to eat all day as well as not getting any physical activity because I was sitting on my school laptop throughout most of my day.  My depression hit rock bottom due to no self-love because of my weight.

At the beginning of my clean eating journey, I started feeling better about myself, more energized, wasn’t as miserable, and that’s when the pounds started to drop. Ever since then, I’ve been so in love with myself and clean eating!
