Team Selection Guide - Create a selection policy

I hear too many people saying it is the same selection issues everywhere and there is no point in playing anymore. I can't have that! Cricket has given me so many opportunities to see the world and meet people, I need as many people enjoying / playing it on a Saturday as possible so the game continues to thrive. I also need something to watch over the park in my 80s! So I created this booklet.
Stigma and nepotism are the biggest reasons for the reluctance to drop people, once these are addressed and players are moving around freely, throughout the season, players will get used to transitioning between the teams, so much so that being dropped loses all stigma. Players will play for the club, not a team within that club, the club becomes one big team. This short guide will help you create your own transparent selection policy, whilst explaining the other benefits of enacting such a change.
