You do not need to become a technology expert.

You need BOUNDARIES:



1. Clear rules
2. Regular conversations
3. An interest in what your child is doing.

Start with this question: “Show me how you use AI.”

Listen before you lecture.

Your child may be using it for homework, pictures, games, advice or companionship.

Always ask yourself: "Do I know what my child is saying about AI?"

You are the adult - so be their AI Supervisor.
