Australian Principal Reacts APR is hosted by Tracy Tully, a prominent Australian educator, public speaker, and author who spent 38 years working in the Queensland education system, primarily running regional and rural state schools.

Today, she is a widely recognised media commentator on school violence, bullying and teacher safety.

A frequent guest on TV and Radio platforms: Sunrise, Today Show, Bonafide with Luke Bona and Sky News.

Known as a "no-nonsense" leader managing extreme cases of student and parental misconduct in some of Queensland's toughest regional schools.

A two-time whistleblower in one notable remote incident, making the executive call to close two schools under her leadership during a life-threatening flood despite heavy department pushback.

She published her non-fiction memoir FEARless Buckle Up...Build RESILIENCE, documenting her fight against systemic corruption, fraud and the personal toll of school leadership.

Drawing directly from her military upbringing, Tully has campaigned to bring military veterans into classrooms to mentor troubled youth.
