The book of PRs

I would highly recommend any athlete beginner or advanced, to follow the training plans outlined in Terry's book.
From personal experience I can say that I benefited quite a bit by following the third system and was able to achieve my goal from 2020, which was to deadlift 305kg in a powerlifting meet.
The attempt may have been red lighted for technical details, but the weight moved quite satisfactorily!
You don't need to have access to the most expensive specialized equipment or train at the most famous gym in your area.
With the huge variety of exercises and alternatives, you can see remarkable results by organizing your program based on your needs!
