Two pages: one overview that holds every fund at a glance, and one detail page you reprint per fund, with a 10 percent progress bar and a full contribution log. Undated.

A sinking fund is just an expense you already know is coming, funded a little at a time so it never turns into a credit card balance. Car insurance. Tires. Christmas. The vet. The problem is never understanding the idea — it's keeping track of six of them at once.

WHAT YOU GET

2 pages, in four versions: US Letter and A4, each in full color and low-ink.

PAGE 1 — OVERVIEW

Every fund on one sheet: fund name, goal amount, need-by date, monthly set-aside, saved so far, remaining, with totals across the bottom. Includes a short funding-order guide for the months when there isn't enough to go around — nearest deadline first, then whatever becomes an emergency if it goes unfunded, then whatever keeps you off a credit card. There's a section at the bottom for the funds you haven't started yet, so they stop living in your head.

PAGE 2 — DETAIL (print one per fund)

Fund name, goal, need-by date, monthly amount. A progress bar you color in one block per 10 percent funded. A contribution log with date, where the money came from, in, out and running balance. Plus a line for what this fund protects you from — the one that keeps you funding it in month four.

PRINTING

Print at Actual Size or 100%. Plain paper is fine. Punch and drop straight into a budget binder.
