For over 20 years I've worked as a quality and continuous-improvement leader in the pharmaceutical industry, where my job is to take complicated, messy processes and make them simple enough that anyone can follow them without stress. I'm a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt — which is a formal way of saying I'm slightly obsessed with removing the friction that makes people quit. In my free time, as a hobby I am a real estate investor and I have a lot of fun money around and buying physical assessts.

Household money works exactly the same way. Most people don't fall off their budget because they're bad with money. They fall off because the system asks too much of them on a Tuesday night after a long shift.

So I design the tools I wish I'd had: paycheck budget planners, sinking fund trackers, and subscription audits that are clean, printable, and built to still be in use in week six — not just week one.
