Finding Me Again: A Self-Rediscovery Series
Finding Me Again is a guided self-rediscovery workbook created for the seasons when you’ve changed, healed, grown—or simply realized you aren’t quite sure who you are anymore.
Through gentle, thoughtfully written reflection prompts, you’ll explore the pieces of yourself that may have gotten quiet along the way and begin reconnecting with what feels authentic to you now.
Inside, you’ll reflect on identity, likes and dislikes, forgiveness, emotional safety, friendships, passions and hobbies, trust, emotional regulation, boundaries, goals, and purpose. You’ll consider what brings you genuine happiness, what no longer fits the person you’re becoming, what healthy relationships feel like, what helps you return to calm, and what you want your life to hold moving forward.
This isn’t a workbook about becoming an entirely new person.
It’s an invitation to notice what’s already there.
To reconnect with the parts of yourself you miss.
To release what no longer belongs.
To discover what feels safe, joyful, meaningful, and true now.
And to give yourself permission to keep becoming.
The pages are intentionally spacious and approachable, with guided prompts, writing space, affirmations, and room to reflect at your own pace. There are no “right” answers, and you’re encouraged to skip anything that feels too tender and return when you’re ready
