I love a single skein project. There is a lot of satisfaction to be derived from finishing a goal and a single skein project is a great way to get that rush! It's also a great way to stash dive and use up one of those single skein impulse buys. I'm a strong believer that crafting doesn't have to be elitist and expensive. The yarn used in this sample is a leftover skein from a personal project, yarn that at the time of publishing this pattern retails for just under $7CAD/$5.50USD/€5.15EUR. This shawl is a top down, garter tab, triangle in reverse stockinette with a twisted single stitch cable motif.
