After purchasing, you'll get a welcome message with a calendar link to book your session based on availability.

4. Can I get a detailed review of my child’s report?

Yes, you can buy a coaching call for a detailed review. Contact Ms. Joy and request a CLOVER Coaching call for more in-depth discussion.

5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

- Within 24 hours: No refunds.

- Within 48 hours: You can reschedule. Contact us to set a new date.

6. Are there extra charges for additional services?

Yes:

- Extra 20-minute admin time: $10

- Consultation calls: $38 for 30 minutes

7. When can I schedule testing?

Testing is available from September to November, January to March, and April to June. No testing in December.

8. What if I miss a testing cycle?

9. Can I get a refund for the screening?

No refunds are available. The package includes a scorecard and brief report.

10. What if there are issues during the session?

If there are problems, you can book an extra 20 minutes for $10.
