These fun two-color socks are a blast to knit, and the German Short-Row Heel ensures your pattern is not interrupted by heel increasing. Grab two highly-contrasting skeins, and get to slipping!
YARN
Approximately 225-500 yds/206-457 m total fingering-weight yarn. Approximately 150-300 yds/137-274 m cA and 75-200 yds/69-183 m cB. For the socks shown, I used Knitted Wit Sock in Reforestation (cA) and Sunshine (cB).
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Small (Medium, Large): 6.5 (8, 9)“/16.5 (20.5, 23) cm foot circumference. 46 (58, 70) sts total.
Leg length is measured from top of heel and is completely customizable. Socks shown have a 5”/12.5 cm leg length (measured from the top of the heel).
