Confidentiality Agreement
A Confidentiality Agreement is similar to an NDA but tends to be used in situations closer to home — with board members, staff, or volunteers who have access to your organization's private information. It sets a clear expectation that what they see and hear inside your organization stays there. Most founders do not think about this until something goes wrong, and by then it is too late to put it in writing. This template is simple to fill in and worth having in place long before you ever need it.
