Through yoga, meditation, restorative practices, Yoga Nidra, and nervous system regulation, I learned how to slow down, reconnect with myself, and find steadiness during stressful and challenging seasons of life.
What once felt difficult became some of the most valuable tools I have for cultivating calm, presence, self-awareness, and rest.

Hi, I’m Astrid.
I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra guide, and lifelong student of movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.
For over a decade, yoga has supported me through challenges, healing, and personal growth. What began as a physical practice evolved into a deeper exploration of meditation, restorative yoga, breathwork, and the mind-body connection.
Today, I share these practices with the hope of helping others slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater balance, resilience, and well-being.
