Unsponge

This is a computer drafted pattern, and has been completely tested. This sewing pattern can be used to make un-sponges for the kitchen and bath. Unlike a regular sponge, the Funge can be washed in your washing machine or dish washer. Never have an icky, slimy sponge again. This is simple enough for beginners and does not require much fabric. A mesh scrubbing layer is optional for the Funge. Ours features a more professional looking finish than a plain serged edge. Seam allowances are included in the pattern. The pattern set includes "Bubbles" the lingerie/ laundry bag used to hold the Funges for washing. "Bubbles" can be made from a combination of mesh and cotton, or all cotton. Make one to store clean Funges and another to throw in the wash with used Funges. This would make a great gift for anyone. Have a baby shower coming up?
