Systems of Equations Graphing Color by Number Activity | Solving Systems Practice
Bring graphing practice into your systems of equations unit with this Systems of Equations Graphing Color by Number Activity. Students will graph each system of equations and identify the solution where the two lines intersect.
This activity includes 16 systems of equations written in slope-intercept form. The problems include a variety of equations, including lines written as y = mx + b, horizontal and vertical lines, and lines without a y-intercept. Solutions are located across all four quadrants, giving students practice reading and interpreting graphs beyond Quadrant I.
After students solve each system by graphing, they match their answers to the coloring key and complete the coloring page. The color-by-number format adds a self-checking component while keeping the focus on graphing accurately and identifying the point of intersection.
