Snow Fall

Here is a PDF pattern for a knitted Orenburg style shawl.  This is my first Orenburg design. The yarn I used for the model is a 2 ply lace weight 100% Merino.  About 300g and 2460 yards. The shawl is made all in one piece using charts and has a very interesting bind off for the last few stitches.  The edging is worked with the piece as you go.  The top edging binds off most of the stitches and then the corners are grafted together.  I used US knitting needle size 3 for this piece.
