A beautiful innocent lamb channeled through my fingers and into form, gazing so gently into my soul. I felt such sorrow as I saw tears of blood drip down from its eyes, the silent reflection of the suffering she and her ancestors have endured over the centuries at the hands of humans.

Animals have a consciousness just as we do. It is painful to see how they have been treated, and how they are continued to be treated. How humans murder them for food. The blood, the life, and innocence that is taken. And yet humans justify murder for food, but are upset when this happens to a baby human. It is upside down; it is no surprise that human advancement has been so drawn back given we cannot even acknowledge that animal life is as precious as our own. Consciousness does not belong to humans; it is not something to be owned. Who gives us the right to determine what lives and what dies? What we energetically take into our bodies - whether food or another form - we absorb the frequency of that. Animals that have been slain pass along trauma which then enters the human body. We are light beings - we are not meant to consume suffering and the density of torture and death.

Consciousness and kindness walk hand in hand.
