It's a STEADY-STATE CARDIO DANCE PARTY! 30 minutes of non-stop calorie burning cardio workout for all fitness levels. Anyone can do this workout. Nadyia created easy follow along moves and modifications for all types of movers. Each cardio workout begins with a warm-up and builds to a fat burning pace, to finally ending with a cool down/stretch segment to complete the workout and prevent injury.
