Hi, I’m Coach Cindy—a certified personal trainer, fitness and nutrition coach, mom of 4, and someone who knows what it’s like to start from the beginning.
Years ago, I was overweight, exhausted, and frustrated. I didn’t have time for the gym, and I didn’t know where to start.
But I decided to change, and I started with simple steps—walking daily, prepping easy meals, and showing up for myself.
I lost 50 pounds through consistency, home workouts, and mindset shifts
And now I help other women achieve the same results.
My mission is to support busy women (especially moms!) with real motivation, beginner-friendly workouts, and doable eating habits that fit your life.
