Office Filing Practice Digital: Drag-and-Drop PowerPoint, ABC Order and Dates, High School
The print filing box lives in a bin and only one student can use it at a time. This drag and drop PowerPoint (also opens in Google Slides) puts the same skill on a screen so more students practice at once, including Mac and Mc, hyphens, and same last name pairs. Students file by first letter, put names in full ABC order, and file invoices and dated forms, then self check after every level.
• 24 slides: title, how to, filing rules, 3 levels of drag and drop practice, 3 self check slides, “How did I do?” slide, 2 answer key slides, make your own slide, done slide
• Level A: 12 folders into 4 drawers by first letter
• Level B: 3 sets of 8 names in full ABC order
• Level C: 8 invoices, 8 dated forms, and 3 on screen drawer checks
• Teacher guide with assigning steps and accuracy data, answer key, data sheet
