CSV Edge-Case Lab — twelve local fixture exercises

Twelve original synthetic CSV fixture pairs, explicit expected outcomes, readable explanations, a local viewer and Node.js checker. Includes the existing original ExportCheck engine; this is a teaching corpus, not a new parser or exhaustive compliance test. No runtime API or cloud account. Includes LICENSE.txt and clear start instructions. Twelve fixture expectations and browser viewer interactions checked on the build machine. Checkout activation and customer delivery verification are seller-controlled. This price is an unvalidated experiment.
