Easter Math & Literacy Centers | PRE-K & KINDERGARTEN

Students will practice math and literacy skills with these engaging Easter themed centers. These centers meet grade-level standards for kindergarten, but could be used for preschool or intervention in first grade too. There are 6 math centers, and 6 literacy centers included, for a total of 12 centers. All centers are provided in both color and black and white versions. Practice them over and over for skill mastery, and hands-on fun!

Roll & Cover Teen Numbers

Choose a mat. Roll a die and cover a matching number. Continue until all numbers are covered.

★Center 2 ★

Hop to Add or Subtract

Choose a card. Read the word problem. Use your “bunny clip” to hop on the number line and figure out the answer. Write the number sentence with a dry-erase marker.

2-D Shape Puzzles

Match the puzzles

Skip Counting 2s, 5s, 10s

Choose a card. Skip count by the number on the card. Write the amount with a dry-erase marker.

Ordinal Number Clip Cards

Find the picture that matches the ordinal number. Use a clip or manipulative to mark your answer.

Missing Numbers to 100

Choose a hundred chart. Pick a card. Use a dry-erase marker to write the missing number that matches the picture.

Easter Basket Trigraph Sort

Sort the eggs to match the beginning trigraph.

★ Center 8 ★

Syllable Puzzles

Choose a top part of a puzzle. Say the picture name. Count the syllables. Match the number on the bottom of the puzzle.

Short/Long Vowel Read & Cover

Choose a short or long vowel mat. Now choose a card. Read the word on the card and use a manipulative to cover the matching picture on the mat. Continue until all cards are read and pictures are covered.

CVCE Missing Word Sentences

Match the words to the sentences.

Roll for Fluency Practice

Roll a die. Read the sentences. Color an Easter egg after you read. Continue until all Easter eggs are covered.
