This sheet could go at the front of your Food Safety Management System and should be signed each time it is reviewed. This should be done annually by someone who understands the whole system e.g. Head Chef or consultant, to demonstrate that you are keeping up with changes in legislation and practices within the business. For example putting systems in place to manage allergens, acrylamide or a new method of cooking such as Sous Vide.
