What if I’m not sure I’m going to Fringe yet?

Perfect. You can request a free, no obligation consultation to discuss if Fringe is right for you. You can also purchase the Decision Tool which is designed to help you decide early, before you sink time and cash into the project.

Are there any types/genres of show you won't work with?

RwP is a proudly inclusive company and we work with all, but we will cancel your purchase with a full refund if the show or associated materials are offensive, hateful, discriminatory, unlawfully defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate for us to support.

Can I use this for a Free Fringe or short run?

Yes. The package supports small-scale, low budget plans for any type of Fringe model. We’ll scale strategy to your requirements.

Do you apply to venues for me?

No. We’ll give you the best structure, copy frameworks, and feedback, but the work and the emails stay yours.

Will you review my pitch copy?

Yes, within reason. Short excerpts and specific questions are ideal for WhatsApp. Full rewrites are an add-on.

How fast do you reply in WhatsApp?

During office hours (Tues to Thurs, 11:00–17:00 UK time). We reply in batches. If you need urgent, same-day help, book an extra call or email.

What if I can’t make one of the calls?

Calls can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. If you miss a call entirely, it may be forfeited depending on availability.

Can multiple people from my team join?

Best practice: one purchase covers one production team up to 2 people in the video calls and WhatsApp group. If you want to bring more, please let us know; there may be an extra charge to increase the number of people who have access to the service.

Can I book extra video meetings?

Yes you can. Simply ask via email or WhatsApp. Extra Video meetings cost £175 per hour.

My friend and I have two seperate shows. Can we join together?

Each purchase is for one show only. Please see the terms and conditions.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Because Fringe is chaos and humans are unpredictable. Anyone who guarantees Fringe success is a liar or a dreamer. What I can guarantee is solid guidance, proven tools, and clear, honest feedback.
