Add materials (qty x cost + your markup %), labour (hours x rate) and other costs such as delivery, hire or tip fees. Tick GST on or off and the subtotal, GST, total and deposit update as you type. Your cost, markup and margin are shown to you but never printed on the customer's quote.

Built-in takeoff helpers do the measuring maths and drop the result straight into your quote:

- Area m2: length x width x number of areas, minus openings, plus waste %, and sheets or packs needed

- Linear metres: list your lengths, add a waste %, and see how many 6 m or 8 m stock lengths you need

- Concrete m3: slabs, footings or round piers, plus waste, rounded up to the next 0.1 m3

- Steel weight kg: supplier kg/m x length, or calculated for flat bar, round bar, SHS/RHS, CHS and plate, with an optional $/kg cost

Press Print / Save PDF for a one-page quote with your business name, ABN, licence number, quote number, valid-until date, scope, terms and a signature line.
